Safety precautions

* Always follow the guide’s instructions.
* Stay with the group at all times.
* Do not leave marked trails unless instructed.
* Inform the guide about any medical conditions before the tour.
* Inform the guide of any allergies.
* Wear appropriate footwear.
* Stay hydrated throughout the hike.
* Avoid unnecessary risks such as climbing unstable rocks or taking dangerous shortcuts.
* The guide has the authority to cancel or modify the route due to weather or safety concerns.

Altitude

* Higher elevations have less oxygen, making physical activity more demanding.
* You may feel shortness of breath sooner than usual.
* Some people may experience mild altitude sickness, including:
* Headache
* Dizziness
* Nausea
* Fatigue
* Stay hydrated and maintain a comfortable pace.
* Inform your guide immediately if you feel unwell.

The Acclimatization Trek

3 Days / 2 Nights
Trekkers looking for a well-organized Toubkal experience with transport, lodging, and guided ascent included.
Day 1 (Friday night → Saturday): Departure from Rabat by night, arriving in Imlil for an overnight stay. Saturday morning around 9 AM, departure on foot toward the refuge, passing through Chamharouch along the way. Overnight stay at the refuge, dinner and breakfast included.
Day 2 (Sunday): Early morning hike to the summit of Toubkal (4,167m), followed by descent back to the refuge on the same day.
Day 3 (Sunday night): Descent from the refuge back through Chamharouch to Imlil, then return journey to Rabat by minibus.
Includes round-trip transport from Rabat, overnight accommodation in Imlil and at the refuge, guided ascent, and meals during the trek.
